I am a qualified yoga instructor offering private, couples or family yoga classes, with the option of live online classes. I also take one-to-one pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes to guide you through feeling connected to your body through pregnancy and beyond.
As well as Ayurvedic treatments including warm oil massages that target pressure points, ayurvedic face rejuvenation as well as Indian head massage.
I use ayurvedic products for treatments, with a combination of a natural base oil for the massages. All of which are very beneficial for skin, joint and muscle health as well as relaxation.
